Expert Physicians, Scientists and Fees Our Board Certified Experts encompass the entire spectrum of Professional Degrees, Licenses and Areas of Practice and include Faculty Physicians at leading Medical Schools, Research Physicians, including MDs, MDPhDs, PhDs, RNs and many other allied healthcare professionals. Hourly Fees for Expert(s) vary according to Specialty or Subspecialty and experience of the Expert(s) and will be clearly discussed and approved by you prior to engaging the Expert and the forwarding of all Medical Records and Opinions. Engagement letters will be utilized when necessary. After forwarding Documents to the Expert, he/she is adequately prepared to review Medical Records, Execute Affidavits, Prepare Oral and/or Written Reports, be Available for Depositions and to Testify in Court in support of his or her findings. Should questions arise concerning your Expert's Opinion, EW&CG will act as a Liaison between the Attorney and the Medical Expert(s). All Fees assessed by the Expert Witness(s) will be billed through the offices of Expert Witness & Consultant Group. We, in turn, will bill you for those services on a monthly basis.
