Preliminary review and evaluation of all submitted cases by knowledgeable, personable, Board Certified Medical Experts so to identify meritorious cases. We will outline all areas of strength and weakness and work with each attorney on how to best utilize technical and scientific expertise and knowledge in the case at hand.

Experts are qualified MDs, MD PhDs, PhDs, RNs and other allied healthcare professionals.

Liaison and facilitative services to optimize communication between attorneys and their chosen expert.

Ongoing analysis of all Expert work product as to scientific validity, applicability, and lay person understandability.

Technical Support to Attorneys during the case.

EW&CG offers availability and attendence of Experts with Attorney for Depositions and Court for Legal Consultation.

Provision of Experts in both Plaintiff and Defense Cases.

Please Note: Prior to retaining our services and/or the expert's, you will be requested to enter into a Retaining of Services Agreement.
